The newest formulation, Marathon II is a flowable that allows for a foliar spray application of Marathon on ornamentals and vegetable plants for resale grown in the greenhouse or nursery. With very low rates Marathon as a spray offers 3–4 weeks of control on sucking and piercing insects (aphids, whiteflies, and thrips.)

Marathon II allows for many new applications with Marathon, but it is important that when using Marathon to rotate chemicals and not use Marathon (no mater the formulation) back to back. Please refer to the chemical class chart for possible options.

Crops Controlled: ornamentals grown in the greenhouse or nursery

Insects Controlled: Aphids, Whiteflies,Thrips, Mealybugs, Soft Scale.
